We are looking for a talented Assistant Hospitality Manager to work in the Matcham Hospitality team, home of Magic Mike Live, Penny Bar and Permission who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You'll be responsible for managing the hospitality team, as well as creating, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery of strategic initiatives and ensure policies/procedures are in place
Maintain and improve customer service standards and overall customer journey
Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience
Manage daily operations, including records, cash handling, and reporting
Monitor service quality, costs, and efficiency, implementing improvements where needed
Support training and development of team members

Maintain strong communication across teams and management
