We are seeking a band 5 registered nurse to join the Dermatology Outpatients Department across the city. The successful candidate will work within a busy Dermatology unit across our South sites, including Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gartnavel Hospital, and New Victoria ACH. Responsibilities include assisting at outpatient clinics, performing venepuncture, covering Phototherapy, Patch testing, Topical treatments, and assisting with Surgical, PDT sessions, and ward treatments. You will collaborate with the nursing and multi-professional team to deliver high-standard, person-centered care in both consultant-led and nurse-led clinics.
Applicants should be suitably qualified nurses with a desire to develop or enhance their specialty skills in dermatology. Previous dermatology experience is desirable but not essential; motivation to work in this specialty is key. Full training and development will be provided to the successful candidate.
