Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, your mission will be to coordinate the team, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time to meet our guests' needs while maintaining our high operational standards.
Your leadership will shine as you support and coach your team, driving key targets like add-on sales and promotions. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role, allowing you to spend most of your time engaging with our guests and ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
Flexibility is key, as this role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days. Embrace the excitement of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive on thinking on your feet and are passionate about guest satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team in a fast-paced F&B environment, ensuring exceptional service is delivered.

* Manage operations in a busy restaurant, bar, or retail setting, balancing speed and quality.
* Be confident in directing and responding to any situation while upholding brand standards.
* Motivate and engage your team, even during peak demand, while managing multiple priorities.
