Ranga Bee is seeking an experienced and talented Video Podcast Producer / Editor to join our team in 2025.
As a Video Podcast Producer/Editor, you’ll be at the heart of creating engaging, high-quality digital content. You’ll oversee every stage of the process - from conception to launch - bringing ideas to life while ensuring everything meets editorial and technical standards.
THE ROLE
You’ll primarily be responsible for:
1. Content Creation: Researching and preparing materials for video podcast content.
2. Technical Setup: Setting up and running recording equipment for seamless production.
3. Editing: Crafting engaging video content for social media platforms, ensuring it’s technically compliant and audience-ready.
4. Creative Packaging: Designing thumbnails, scripting engaging captions, and writing copy that connects.
5. Platform Launches: Publishing content across multiple platforms and ensuring performance is optimised.
6. Content Standards: Adhering to editorial guidelines and ensuring all content aligns with brand identity.
7. Development Support: Editing sizzle reels and designing presentation decks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from candidates who:
1. Have extensive experience across the entire video podcast production process - from creative ideation to technical execution and post-production.
2. Are skilled in Adobe Suite tools, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Possess strong editorial judgment and understand the creative nuances of promoting content across various platforms. You’ll know what works, where, and why.
4. Can demonstrate expertise in creating engaging social media assets and designing high-impact visuals.
5. Have experience working in comedy entertainment (a bonus, not a must!).
6. Are organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple projects.
