Base Salary: £25,000 starting salary + quarterly bonus scheme + annual bonus scheme
Location: City Centre Office (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
About the Role
We are a rapidly growing executive recruitment firm specialising in the insurance and U.S. legal markets. As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire two ambitious Resourcers to join our team.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to launch a career in executive search and progress quickly. Whether you are a recent law graduate, an entry-level insurance broker, or a sales professional with strong communication skills, this role offers world-class training, close mentorship, and a clear pathway to becoming a consultant and future leader within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior consultants to identify, source, and screen high-calibre candidates.
* Conduct market research across the insurance and U.S. legal sectors.
* Carry out proactive candidate outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Assist with client assignments, interview coordination, and database management.
* Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions.
* Support business growth with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress.
Requirements
* Ambitious and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Background in law, insurance, sales, or another client-facing/professional services role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Able to work in our prestigious city centre office four days a week (with flexible hybrid option).
