We're working with a household retail client on a new Workforce Management (WFM) Post-integration enhancement project focusing on enhancing tooling, processes and user experience across score and back-office environments.
They're looking for a BA with the following skills:
* Exposure to Monday.com or similar workflow tools
* Experience with Workforce Management systems
* Experience in multi-brand / group environments
* Retail experience (store + back-office operations)
* Experience improving ways of working and operational processes
