Active Directory Engineer - Contract (SC Cleared)
Start: ASAP
Contract Length: Initially 2-3 months, with potential extension in the new financial year
Rate: £500-£700 per day (Inside IR35)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Location: Mostly remote, with occasional travel to Farnborough (expenses reimbursed)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer to support a critical project requiring strong expertise in Active Directory design, security, and domain services. This is a hands-on contract role focused on delivering secure, resilient AD solutions in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Active Directory solutions, including Domain Services and Certificate Services
* Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of AD environments
* Ensure security compliance and operational stability across directory services
* Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align AD architecture
* Produce clear technical documentation and design artefacts
* Provide technical input across project delivery phases
