The Role:
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and securing standout experiences with local businesses, driving commercial growth, and ultimately stepping into a team leadership role as the team expands. Initially, you’ll focus on developing new business across Manchester and the North West, building a strong pipeline, and establishing lasting partnerships. As your portfolio grows, your time will split between account management, ongoing business development, and managing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business in hospitality, leisure, and experience-led sectors.
* Develop existing accounts, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
* Negotiate and secure deals that deliver commercial growth.
* Collaborate with senior teams in local and global brands to align strategies with objectives.
* Coach and support team members, with scope to take on formal leadership responsibilities.
* Maintain an active presence in the region, combining scheduled meetings with drop-ins to qualified businesses.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales or transferable experience in hospitality, leisure, or experience-led industries.
* Strong network and connections within Manchester and the North West.
* Commercially astute, ambitious, resilient, and target-driven.
* Experience managing and motivating a team in a sales environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Flexible, with a driving license and own transport.
