We need a Chef who's done the hard yards, knows how to hold a section together when it gets busy, and actually cares deeply about what goes on the plate.

* Cooking consistently great food across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
* Running your section with confidence
* Keeping waste low and standards high
* Staying on top of food safety
* Working closely with the team to keep service smooth
* Bringing ideas, energy, and pride to the kitchen

* Solid chef experience in a busy kitchen
* Confidence across multiple cuisines
* Strong food safety knowledge
* A cool head when the tickets start flying
* Organised, reliable, and detail-driven
* Available for evenings, weekends, and peak-season shifts
