Job Description
 3. GCC Setup & Leadership: Lead the establishment and operationalization of a Global Capability Center, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and global standards.
 4. Manage GCC Development: Oversee the development of the Global Capability Centre, ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams.
 5. Central Technical Liaison: Act as the central technical point for communication and support related to GCC tasks.
 6. Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of New Product Development (NPD) projects, including design, development, testing, and commercialization.
 7. Quality Delivery: Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions aligned with defined quality standards.
 8. Project Management: Oversee and manage projects efficiently, adhering to established systems, processes, and standards.
 9. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and operational efficiency.
 10. Team Development: Maintain and develop the technical skills and competencies of the GCC team to meet evolving business demands.
 11. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth.
 12. Global Collaboration & Travel: Engage in domestic and international travel as necessary to support project execution and global teamwork.
 13. Networking: Build and sustain strong professional networks within the organization and with external industry contacts.

The Successful Applicant
 16. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
 17. Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering context.
 18. Strong background in engineering and project execution
 19. 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
 20. Strong technical expertise with hands-on project management experience
 21. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 22. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
 23. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
 24. Capability to operate effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
 25. Strong analytical and problem-solving focus with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
