This is a varied role based in a busy commercial shipyard which will also involve some offsite work, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a fabricator/welder in ship repair or other heavy industries (e.g., marine, oil & gas, infrastructure, or energy).
Proficient in FCAW, MMA, and MIG welding processes.
Ideally apprenticeship-trained or holds a Level 3 qualification in fabrication/welding - however, candidates with strong proven industry experience will also be considered.
Comfortable working from engineering drawings and in line with safety and quality standards.
Must have a full UK driving licence due to offsite work.

What's on Offer:
Competitive hourly rate dependant on experience (top rate currently £20.50/hr, salary c.£37,500 -£42,600)
Overtime at x1.5 after 40 hours per week.
20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days, plus bank holidays.
