About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team during a period of internal transition. Acting as a central liaison between our organisation and the client, you'll play a critical role in delivering corrective maintenance and ensuring fleet optimisation. This position requires a proactive, autonomous professional who can engage confidently at senior levels while providing technical support and end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a physical and virtual presence for the customer.
* Provide detailed reporting and adhere to internal processes and procedures.
* Optimise passenger fleets and perform corrective maintenance.
* Manage documentation processes.
* Liaise with overseas teams and understand internal processes.
Essential Requirements
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in rail, aviation, or heavy engineering.
* Knowledge of electrical or diesel multiple units.
* HNC qualification or proven extensive maintenance engineering background.
