About the Role: As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, tailored education to pupils with SEND, adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs while fostering a positive and structured learning environment. Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver personalised lessons in line with EHCPs and the curriculum. • Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis. • Assess, monitor, and record student progress effectively. • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, Teaching Assistants, and external professionals. • Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
