Overview
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator to join our growing team in Warrington, England, United Kingdom.
The Role
* Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactive requests and reporting.
* Answer calls and emails for the business in a timely fashion.
* Ensure all Reactive requests raised on the helpdesk have the correct priority and engineer assigned.
* Maintain communication throughout the reactive job life cycle between Facilities Team and end user.
* Liaise with Lead Engineer and Ops Manager daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
* Alongside Contract Support, assist with the monthly customer report.
* Provide comprehensive reports relating to all jobs raised through the CAFM system.
* Logging hazards and customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal.

Experience / Qualifications
* Organised and can work in a structured way.
* Strong Microsoft knowledge.
* Attention to detail.
* FM knowledge advantageous.
