You will support people at home to live independently, empowering them to make their own choices and provide personal, physical and emotional care.
Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Travel to visits as required; driving is essential for the role
* Use own vehicle and hold full UK driving licence
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability and willingness to travel to ensure high-quality care
* Experience in social care or related field (preferred)
