Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Learning Disability - BoltonLocation: BoltonPay Rate: £30
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disability based in Bolton.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Conduct Care Act assessments, strengths-based support planning, and carers assessments.
* Complete capacity assessments, Best Interest decisions, and Continuing Healthcare assessments.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and lead safeguarding investigations.
* Support individuals in transitioning to alternative accommodation, including resettlement from out-of-area placements.
* Prepare reports for tribunals, hospital discharges, Community Treatment Reviews, and Court of Protection applications.

Qualifications and Experience:
* SWE registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
