What youll do on a typical day: Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies, contracts, and compliance documentation across UK&I Oversee internal audits and ensure data integrity within SuccessFactors and other HR systems Manage a team of four Employee Compliance Specialists, supporting their growth and development Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, People Services, and HR Data Analytics to drive compliance excellence Provide expert guidance on Right to Work, DSARs, TUPE, and employment law, ensuring the business stays ahead of legislative changes What you need to succeed at GXO: Strong operational HR experience with a deep understanding of employment law and policy development Exceptional attention to detail and a data-analytical mindsetaccuracy is critical in this role Proven ability to identify discrepancies, solve problems, and implement process improvements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels CIPD qualification is desirable, and experience in managing teams and driving change We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
