We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate & dedicated Field Sales Manager, to lead our Off-Trade Field Sales team in the South!
Responsibilities
* Lead & manage the Off-Trade Field Sales team to deliver business KPIs across retail stores in the South region.
* Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and continuous team development while maintaining high standards of customer service and consistent brand representation.
* Lead the team as the Off-Trade Field Sales leader across our heartland; this is a high-profile and strategically important position.
* Deliver field team distribution and visibility of KPIs by effectively leading and managing team performance
* Build personal, regional level customer relationships
* Inspire a team of Field Sales Executives to go the extra mile for our customers
* Contribute to the continuous development of our approach to build capability
* Recruit and induct new Field Sales team members
* Train, develop and monitor team members capability through days in trade
* Deliver effective, regular performance appraisals
* Use data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the field team
* Regularly report on performance, challenges and KPI delivery to senior leaders
* Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company policies
As part of your role, you will occasionally need to undertake overnight stays.
