Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive UK Wholesale Sales Support professional to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wholesale sales cycle, ensuring smooth communication between our agency, the brands we represent, and our retail partners. Key Responsibilities Support the UK sales team during showroom appointments and trade events Manage order entry, confirmation, and tracking using wholesale platforms (e.g. JOOR, NuORDER, Zedonk) Coordinate sample logistics, showroom prep, and seasonal sample returns Act as the main point of contact for client queries and order follow-up Assist with sell-through reporting and weekly sales analysis Update and maintain CRM, line sheets, price lists, and client order data Liaise with brand principals on shipping timelines, product availability, and delivery updates Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Support new account onboarding and prepare presentations or lookbooks as needed Help coordinate seasonal showroom merchandising and visual set-up Skills & Experience 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, wholesale, or showroom assistant role Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with JOOR, Zedonk, or similar B2B platforms preferred Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and basic PowerPoint or InDesign for client-facing materials Enthusiastic, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
