The Role
This is a high-impact Group-level technical position where you will hold responsibility for the integrity and functionality of their entire enterprise system architecture. As the Systems Integration Specialist, you are the crucial technical bridge, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure data flow between all internal and external platforms. You will design, develop, and maintain the complex connections that allow their core Transport, Warehousing, and Green Energy services to operate efficiently and enable the reporting that drives strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
* Specify Integration Platform, Explicitly using the company iPaaS platform (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Boomi) for integration flow design.
* Expand ERP integration platforms to include WMS, TMS, CRM, and Finance systems, bridging on-premise and cloud.
* Add Data Platform Ownership,act as the technical owner and administrator of the Company enterprise data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric).
* Add leveraging automation tools like Power Platform/Power Automate to streamline workflows.
* Collaborate with OpCo IT Leads to ensure stable operations and business continuity, not just Tier 3 support.
* Document key processes and applying Group IT security/compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO
Criteria
* Experience 5-7 years in Systems Integration, Middleware Engineering, OR Data Platform Administration.
* Proven experience with an iPaaS solution (Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or MuleSoft) an essential requirement (moving beyond generic middleware).
* Highly desirable to have Direct experience with a modern enterprise data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric or Databricks).
* Experience leveraging Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse) as a strong benefit.
* Specify experience with WMS, TMS, CRM, and Finance platforms alongside ERP integration.
* Demonstrated understanding of IT security, compliance standards, and operational continuity processes.
