Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of up to 20 clients, supporting individuals with mental health conditions into meaningful employment using the IPS model.
* Work closely with clinical teams, contribute to multi‑disciplinary care planning, and build strong employer relationships to tailor job opportunities.
* Manage referrals, provide job retention support, and ensure compliance with NHS and Hestia protocols.
* Accurately track KPIs, provide benefit guidance, and demonstrate flexibility to work across various settings.
* Commit to professional development, collaboration, and client‑centred outcomes.
Qualifications
* Self‑starter, comfortable with lone working.
* Strong empathy skills and an eye for detail.
* Experience supporting people in a job search and having made an impact.
* Experience in a target environment, meeting and exceeding targets.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
