Oracy & Literacy Promotion: Lead targeted department initiatives to elevate whole-school literacy standards, expanding pupils' academic vocabulary, reading comprehension strategies, and formal speaking capabilities. Progress Diagnostics: Run regular formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to diagnose learning misconceptions and design sharp, targeted intervention sessions. Pastoral Responsibilities: Undertake full form tutor duties, managing morning registration routines, tracking pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal and social development programmes.
