We are recruiting Care Assistants for dedicated roles within well-established care homes in the Ballymena area, supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia.We have a variety of shift patterns available, including:6am 10am8am-2pm8am 8pm2pm 8pmAs a valued member of the care team, you will work closely with residents on a one-to-one basis and alongside nursing and care staff to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care within a homely and supportive environment.Your role will involve assisting residents with personal care, supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping to create a safe and reassuring atmosphere for those in your care.This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and experienced carers who are passionate about making a difference within a consistent care home setting.We can offer full-time, part-time, or ad hoc shifts.
