A permanent part time position has arisen within the Mental Health Services administration team based at New Craigs Hospital for an appropriately qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a quality secretarial service. You should have a sound knowledge of office procedures, the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and the ability to work co-operatively within a team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Consultant and their clinical team, transcribe letters, using the Winscribe dictation system, and manage patient enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner. A high degree of speed and accuracy is desirable together with excellent organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work, which are essential.
