Global Sales / Warranty Executive (Temporary to Permanent)
Troika Systems is the world’s leading manufacturer of 3D volumetric scanning microscopes used across multiple industries worldwide. We are seeking a Global Sales and Warranty Executive to support our expanding sales team. The role is offered on a temporary basis for an initial six‑month period to cover maternity leave, with a view to becoming a permanent position thereafter, subject to business needs and performance.
Initial six months – Maternity Leave Role Warranty Executive Responsibilities
* Assist the Global Warranty Manager in coordinating and managing resale sales of extended warranties.
* Receive and process customer enquiries via email and manage quotations through the CRM system.
* Verify and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer information.
* Develop sales channels within after‑sales services.
* Manage the partnership distribution network via telephone and email.
* Contact new and existing customers to respond to queries and obtain missing information.
* Maintain ongoing customer contact throughout warranty periods.
* Support defined after‑sales sales strategies in close collaboration with the Global Warranty Manager.
* Direct customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales/Warranty team as required.
Potential Role after Maternity Leave finishes
* Work alongside the sales team in managing sales of new products.
* Receive and process customer enquiries via email and manage quotations through the CRM system.
* Verify and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer information.
* Develop sales channels for new business.
* Manage the partnership distribution network via telephone and email.
* Contact new and existing customers to respond to queries and obtain missing information.
* Support defined after‑sales sales strategies in close collaboration with the Sales Team.
* Direct customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales/Warranty team as required.
* Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with producing sales reports.
* Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Well organized and committed, with flexibility for occasional out‑of‑hours work due to global time zones.
* Additional language skills are advantageous due to regular interaction with international customers and partners.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Good PC literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Full product and process training will be provided.
* All standard business tools are supplied, including a PC/Laptop.
* Salary: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
