We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Class Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a vibrant and engaging Year 5 classroom, delivering high‑quality lessons that inspire curiosity and promote a love of learning.Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver creative, well‑structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
2. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
3. Assess and track pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed
4. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, clubs, or curriculum development
6. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive KS2 team
We are looking for someone who:
7. Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
8. Has high expectations for all pupils and amitment to raising standards
9. Demonstrates creativity, flexibility, and a passion for teaching
10. Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
11. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
