As a Service Desk Analyst / 1st line, you should have:
* Previous experience within a Service Desk environment, with ticket logging/closing and KPI/SLA awareness.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Some Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
Successful Analysts will receive training from senior Cloud Engineers and will need strong logical troubleshooting/diagnostic ability, resourcefulness, a growth mindset and ambition to progress.
