Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota
Participation in a rostered system of working with shifts between the hours of 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM
Primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required on a rotational basis
The Role:
We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Targeted Support Worker to support individuals who have experienced rough sleeping. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with a small caseload of up to 10 clients, helping them overcome barriers and maintain stable tenancies across a range of local projects. You'll build strong, trusting relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and support to help them thrive. This is a team-based role that includes some evening and weekend work, as well as participation in our on-call service. What You'll Be Doing:
1. Conduct needs and risk assessments
2. Implement support plans and provide effective support and advice
3. Keep client records accurate, clear, and up to date
4. Advise and assist clients with budgeting
5. Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and sustainable move-on

Experience and Requirements:
