We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Multi-Franchise Main Dealership in the Ruislip area.
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
6. Up To £28,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus (£700 - £800 Monthly)
7. Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm ONLY!
8. NO Weekends!
9. Multi-Franchise Main Car Dealership Environment
10. Previous Automotive Aftersales Experience Required
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
11. Meet and greet customers in person
12. Booking customers in the diary
13. To match and exceed monthly sales targets
14. Paper work processing to brand guidelines
15. To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
16. Previous experience within the trade
17. Kerridge DMS knowledge
18. Full UK Driving Licence
19. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
20. Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
21. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
22. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
