Supply Bank is working closely with a secondary school in Thrapston, Northamptonshire, seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to step in when teachers are absent and keep the school day running smoothly. This hands-on classroom role is ideal if you’re considering a future in teaching, returning to education, or keen to build meaningful school experience without the full responsibilities of planning and marking. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in the classroom using pre-prepared lesson materials, so there’s no planning required. Your focus will be on creating a calm and consistent environment where pupils stay engaged and learning continues without disruption.
