Overview
As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of prestigious accounts. You will manage projects for 3D Retail Displays following the client brief and deliver them on time and to the highest standards. You will develop strong relationships with the client, identify needs, exceed expectations, and seek opportunities to grow the account. You will work as part of the sales team with B2B sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets through account management.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of your accounts.
* Creating clear briefs which are followed by all parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, to expectation and within the required margin.
* Maximising revenue and profitability of your accounts.
* Building the business through strong customer service, attention to detail, and developing connections with clients at all levels.
* Ensuring quotations issued are within the company’s approval procedure and margin policies.
* Managing risks and reporting major risks to the Sales & Marketing Director.
* Proactively engage with clients with a focus on new builds and rollouts.
* Forecasting sales and project updates regularly.
Required Skills
* Experience in the POS design industry or Product Design industry.
* Knowledge and experience in designing for manufacturing displays in metal, sheet metal tube, wire forming, steel tube and finishing, wood and wood by-products, mill-work, vacuum forming, injection moulding and extrusions.
* High attention to detail is critical for this role.
