Project Manager – Secure Infrastructure Projects
Location: Buckinghamshire
Security Clearance: Active or recently lapsed High-Level Security Clearance
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus car/car allowance
The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of secure infrastructure and building projects across the Southeast. You’ll join a high-performing delivery team managing a range of works from refurbishment and upgrade schemes to new build developments, with project values ranging from £100k to £5 million.
Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must hold active or recently lapsed High-Level Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent construction and infrastructure projects
* Lead the delivery of both new build and refurbishment projects, including work on complex or heritage buildings
* Plan and coordinate projects in line with internal governance processes
* Monitor and report on schedule, budget, risk, and progress to senior leadership
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, end users, and the supply chain
* Present project updates, designs, and reports to clients and stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with design and delivery teams across all RIBA stages
* Develop and agree project scopes with clients and ensure accurate, timely reporting
* Support and contribute to a high-performance team environment
Essential Requirements:
* Must be willing to work on-site in Buckinghamshire
* Background in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civils
* Must hold active or recently lapsed High-Level Security Clearance
* Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
* Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH)
* Strong understanding of RIBA stages and full project lifecycle management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Commercially aware with experience managing and coordinating supply chain partners
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the broader team
