This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering operational excellence across payroll, pensions, and benefits in a complex, international environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Reward Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of Payroll and Reward operations in the UK and internationally. You will oversee day-to-day payroll governance, contribute to reward initiatives, and ensure robust compliance across employment tax and statutory requirements.
