About the role
The Technology Enabled Care Team is Bury Council’s in-house service that provides technological solutions to help individuals retain independence at home. The service includes ‘Carelink’, a 24/7 social alarm service in partnership with an external provider, supporting and monitoring community alarm units. We enable vulnerable people to live independently with easy access to help in emergencies.
The service is transitioning from analogue to digital solutions, making this an exciting time to be involved in social care technology.
