About the Position
* Drive the best client experience along with profitability for the hotel.
* Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team.
* Identify and grow new business.
* Develop strategic long‑term customer relationships.
* Organise and carry out in‑market sales tours.
* Act as the market segment specialist.
* Work closely with the General Manager.
* Report to the VP of Sales.
* Ensure the team maximises revenue opportunities and conversions.
Successful Candidate
* Previous experience as a Sales Director in hotels.
* Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales.
* Business Development specialist.
* Ability to make effective commercial decisions.
* Ability to negotiate contracts.
* Dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual.
* Capability to develop and manage relationships.
* Strong communication and administrative skills.
