About the Role
We are opening our newest Dishoom in Leeds this summer - serving up Bombay comfort food, all-day dining, and big-hearted hospitality in a beautiful new space.
What to Expect
* 39,000-44,000 per year inclusive of tronc, paid monthly.
* A full-time role working across 5 days, Monday-Sunday availability required.
* Weekly rotating rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
* All-day dining Café shifts - daytime and evening shifts, not only late nights.

* Paid holidays at usual rate; sites closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day; one extra day off for families with school-age children.
* No uniforms - smart/casual and comfortable attire; trainers are fine.

* You have been working as a Floor Manager in a high-volume, multi-faceted bar/restaurant environment for the past few years.
* You’re first-class in everything you do and seek an environment that matches your obsession with quality.
* You have an eye for detail; you always uphold the highest standards and ensure every shift is safe.
* You’re a great leader who cares about people; coaching and developing others is a natural focus.
* You’re committed to making guests and team happy, turning guests into regulars.
