We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our school. Role Overview: As a Cleaner at Boughton Leigh Infant School you will play a vital role in ensuring our school is clean, safe, and ready for the daily activities of our students and staff. You will be responsible for cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas, as well as maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the school building. Key Responsibilities: • Clean classrooms, hallways, toilets, and common areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. • Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas and ensure all surfaces are disinfected regularly. • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the facilities manager. • Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. • Follow all health and safety guidelines and school policies. Key Skills & Requirements: • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, though not essential. • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage time effectively. • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. • A positive attitude towards cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
