A supportive two-form entry primary school in Harrow is looking for an experienced HLTA to join their dedicated team starting immediately.

HLTA | Role Summary:
* Support learning across the curriculum in EYFS, KS1 or/and KS2
* Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absence or PPA
* Lead small group interventions and contribute to planning
* Promote a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
HLTA | Candidate Profile:
* Has relevant experience to meet HLTA standards
* Be primary-qualified; ideally holding a BA Primary or a PGCE Primary (QTS)
* Minimum of one years teaching experience in a UK primary school
* Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Confident leading a class and managing behaviour positively
* Adaptable, proactive, and a great team player
