This role is ideal for Senior Traders who are looking to step up into a bigger leadership role, take ownership of a trading desk, and shape the future of digital asset trading. If you’re open to relocating to Hong Kong, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the OTC trading desk, managing a team to drive performance and growth.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end trading SOPs for the desk.
* Enhance trading efficiency through system automation and process optimization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth trading activities.
Future / Optional Responsibilities
* Contribute to new product development, supporting innovation and expansion of trading offerings.
Who We Are Looking For:
* At least 6–7 years of trading experience, with minimum 5 years in traditional sell-side roles.
* Proven experience as a trader in digital assets, OTC markets, or traditional markets.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a trading team and improve operational workflows.
* Strong understanding of trading systems, automation, and process optimization.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
* Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong and work at our HQ.
