Key Responsibilities
* Bank reconciliation for company/s various accounts. - including Bibby bank rec, draw down cash and oversee finance assistant.
* Update and maintain the major job sheets liaising with the project managers and contract support.
* Set up and maintain the fixed asset register including the set up of any HP agreements. - know how to do the disposal of assets.
* KPI reporting, this will assist with MI Com,
* Compliance with HMRC - PAYE and VAT
Personal Specification
* Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
* Strong IT skills - Excel, Sage, always being ahead of new technologies.
* Financial statements and balance sheet recs, AAT studying or qualified.
* High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
* Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
* Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
