Our team comprises senior registered professionals who provide advice and support to wards, medical, and surgical teams within our Trust.
The clinical site and discharge team manage hospital capacity, including:
* Emergency admissions
* Non-emergency planned admissions
* Managing patient flow during their stay to ensure appropriate care as needs change
* Discharge planning and transfer of care

We offer a comprehensive orientation to support your learning and development, helping you understand your role, identify training needs, and set objectives for your career growth with us.
* Report to and deputise for the Senior Clinical Site Manager
* Manage bed occupancy for emergency admissions, ensuring safe patient placement and effective bed utilization linked with discharges
* Achieve capacity-related Trust performance and quality targets; the Clinical Site Management Team provides 24/7 on-site coverage
* Provide a flexible team approach to ensure smooth, efficient operational and bed management services around the clock
* Support, advise, and guide clinical ward teams to empower proactive patient management
* Ensure positive patient experiences through collaboration with the Senior Clinical Site Manager and ward staff
* Develop and implement plans to meet Trust-wide goals
* Promote clinical excellence and best practices across the Trust
