Contracts Manager – Rail & Construction Projects Location: Office-based near Newark & Grantham (Easily commutable from Nottingham, Lincoln, Peterborough) Salary: Up to £60,000 25 days holiday, pension, free parking Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm About Us We’re a well-established contractor working closely with a large Rail company on long-term frameworks across stations, depots, offices, and operational buildings. We take pride in delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. With a growing pipeline of work, we’re now looking for a Commercial Manager to join our friendly, close-knit team. You’ll play a key role in managing contracts, driving profitability, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from contract award through to final account. Why Join Us?
