Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-17:00pm

About The Job:
Join our client as a Bid Coordinator and play a vital role in the success of their business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, managing, and completing allocated sections of PQQ & tender submissions on time 🗓️
Assisting the preconstruction and bid teams in daily activities
Compiling and maintaining a library of standard tender documentation
Writing and coordinating responses to bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements
Document control of tender/bid documents 📑
Tracking and distributing tender addendums/information
Uploading tender/PQQ documentation to the internal intranet system
Crafting compelling answers that highlight our client's strengths ✍️
Conducting research to enhance bid content
Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for Mid Tender and Post Tender reviews 🎤
Developing tailored business CVs of project teams
Maintaining up-to-date case studies of recent projects
Providing administrative support to the Bid Manager and preconstruction teamsSpecific Responsibilities:
