Test, repair, and debug products to meet customer and internal specifications. Develop and implement test procedures using Flying Probe, JTAG, and manual/automated methods. Ensure right-first-time delivery through effective test and inspection strategies and clear acceptability criteria. Train and support personnel in test disciplines, procedures, and standards to align with production demands. Maintain high quality standards and continuous improvement across all test engineering activities. Provide technical support and act as the customer-facing lead for all test-related engineering issues. Essential Skills Degree qualified in applicable subject Experience in manufacturing test role Thorough understanding of Digital and Analogue electronics, fault finding to component level and associated test methodologies Thorough understanding of manufacturing environment Experience of Microsoft products including Excel & Word Experience of using ERP systems and databases Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects Target salary £35,500 - £50,000 Location Luton, Bedfordshire Working hours Core Business Monday - Friday Core Hours: 08:00 -17:00 *Generally speaking there is a flexible start and finish time, shift and overtime applicable.
