We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Mazda dealership for a Part-Time Aftersales Administrator / Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team.
This role involves working closely with the workshop, making and receiving service booking calls, handling customer enquiries and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This position would suit someone with motor trade experience, a passion for cars, and a strong customer-focused approach. You must be confident using computer systems, able to switch quickly between platforms, and have a professional and personable telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Booking vehicles into the workshop
*
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
*
Managing service and repair enquiries
*
Supporting the Aftersales and workshop team
*
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Working Hours:
*
Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
*
Saturday mornings: 9:00am – 12:30pm (rota of 2 on 3 off)
*
Minimum 20 hours per week
Salary & Benefits:
*
£19,000 basic salary (pro rata)
*
OTE £20,200 for the right candidate
*
