The Role: You will act as the voice of the customer within the business-managing enquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring projects run smoothly from initial contact to order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer enquiries via email, phone, and web, ensuring a timely and effective response. Gather essential information to assess feasibility, generate quotations, and gain internal approvals. Follow up quotations, handle technical queries, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Oversee the contract review process and liaise with production to ensure delivery timelines are met. Maintain ERP systems with accurate customer and product data (BoMs, routings, pricing). Proactively manage relationships, resolve complaints, and support small-scale engineering changes. About You: Previous experience in a Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales Support role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Highly numerate with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
