We’re seeking a self-starting Business Development Manager, internally known as a Product Specialist, to join our rapidly growing team. If you have experience as an estate agent or are deeply familiar with the property industry, enjoy closing deals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, your goal is to generate revenue by booking and closing product demonstrations with estate agents and property professionals across the UK. While marketing will support inbound leads, you’ll proactively identify and pursue your own opportunities. You will manage your entire sales pipeline—from prospecting and demos to closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone with a startup mentality: adaptable, hands-on, and willing to wear multiple hats. You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, build what you need to succeed, and help shape our sales strategy’s future.

Responsibilities

* Booking and delivering engaging product demos
* Managing your sales pipeline from outreach to close
* Proactively sourcing new business opportunities
* Following up on marketing-generated leads
* Providing feedback from prospects to inform product and strategy
* Collaborating with the team—flexibility is essential in a startup environment

Requirements

* Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or property sectors
* Deep understanding of the UK estate agency market (must-have)
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
* Strong presentation and demo skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
* Flexible, startup-ready mindset—willing to pitch in where needed
* Ability to work remotely while staying organized and results-oriented

Bonus Points

* Previous estate agent experience
* Experience selling to estate agents or proptech solutions
* Background in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
