Santander Consumer Finance UK (SCUK) is based in Redhill, Surrey and is one of the UK’s leading motor finance companies. The role is for a Dealer Contact Centre & Funding Advisor who will join our New Business team on a 12‑month fixed term contract, working 3 days a week in the office.
In this role you will:
* Answer inbound telephone calls from motor dealers/brokers professionally and transfer to appropriate teams.
* Process finance applications within delegated mandate authority, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory and compliance requirements and Consumer Duty principles.
* Respond to email queries, handle signed/completed documentation, manage the GI error queue within SLA, and process post and generic interface errors.
* Provide advice to resolve dealer queries verbally and in writing, liaise with field‑based sales staff, dealers and other business areas, and support the Leisure & Specialist Funding & DCC team.
* Work with the Funding Online referral queue, identify potential fraud, vulnerable customers and manage the related risks in accordance with SCUK risk policies.

* Experience in call/contact centre/telephone‑based roles (desirable but not essential).

The hours of work will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9‑5 with one late shift 11‑7 in 4 and 1 weekend in 4 with lieu days Thursday and Friday the following week. You will also be required to work 2 bank holidays a year. This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office; the first 6 months will require full time onsite training.
