We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate team member to join us in a dual role that blends front desk operations with program and event support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and their grownups, is highly organized, and is excited to be part of a growing mission-centered business.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting and checking in guests, managing inquiries, and supporting class and membership registrations
* Assisting with daily operations, including transactions, tidying shared spaces, and prepping materials
* Supporting instructors during programs and setting up for events, classes, and drop-in activities
* Providing clear, helpful information about our services and contributing to overall studio flow
Who You Are
* Warm, reliable, and committed to supporting families with young children
* Confident working with babies through preschoolers and their caregivers
* Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills
* Comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic, community-focused space
* Interested in early childhood development, wellness, or pre/postnatal care
Preferred Experience
* Front desk, customer service, or administrative background
* Experience in early childhood education, family support, or community wellness
* Familiarity with leading or supporting group activities for young children is a plus
