As a Customer Service Administration Officer you will have the responsibility to provide professional and exceptional customer service to all students and staff plus other visitors throughout the period stated, at our Community Safety Hub.
Primary will be issuing on campus students room fobs and dealing with walk in enquiries at the hub. The officer will also raise service issue faults on Invida as well as escalate any issues to the on duty Community Safety Team.
The is to provide support during Sunday 12th October – Friday 12th December.
Working hours are as follows:
Sat 11th October- 6pm-1am
Mon-Fri – 8pm – 1am
Weekends 6pm-1am

Duties and responsibilities
You will be involved in dealing with visitor enquiries at the hub with your primary being issuing on campus student room fobs. Other duties will include raising faults through the Invida system and providing a friendly font of house service for Community Safety. You will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality. Training will be provided.
